Observation

110-300-0260(1)(a): Buckets of construction wall paint were observed under the sink in the bathroom near Classroom #2. Cleaning pads containing chemicals and a container of bleach were observed under the sink in Classroom #1. These items were in locations accessible to children. 110-300-0260(2)(b): Several storage areas with plastic bags and other hazardous items were observed in the facility and lacked safety locks to prevent children's access.
